What we collect

H1B Database has no user accounts and asks for no personal information. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used: pages viewed, searches run, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type. Google Analytics sets cookies for this purpose; IP addresses are not stored by us. Your theme preference (light or dark) is kept in your browser's local storage and never sent to us.

What we do not do

We do not sell, rent or share visitor data. We do not run advertising networks or third-party trackers beyond Google Analytics. We do not profile visitors.

The public records on this site

The salary and employer data comes from U.S. Department of Labor LCA disclosure files, which are public government records about employers, job titles, worksites and offered wages. They do not identify individual workers, and we do not add any personal information to them. Employers who believe a record is inaccurate can contact us via the About page.

Hosting

The site is served by Vercel and its database by Neon, both in the United States. Standard server logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL) may be retained briefly by those providers for security and operations.
