The data

All figures are derived from U.S. Department of Labor LCA disclosure files and are provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. We work to keep them accurate (see Methodology), but the underlying files contain employer-entered values and occasional errors, and our cleaning steps can introduce mistakes of their own. Verify anything important against the original DOL files.

Not advice

Nothing on this site is legal, immigration or financial advice. A certified LCA is not an approved visa, a job offer, or evidence of hiring. Lottery-odds figures are estimates based on published DHS rules and are not predictions of any individual outcome.

Reuse

You may quote and link to figures from this site for personal, journalistic, academic or commercial purposes. Please attribute them to "H1B Database (h1bdatabase.info)".
